Few compact cylinders offer a 100 mm tuning band, but the MACJ20X200-100S lets you set its extend stroke anywhere from about 100 mm to the full 200 mm after installation - handy when conveyor heights or fixture positions change between product runs. The cylinder is double-acting with variable air cushions at both ends, delivering a 157 N push at 0.5 MPa from the 20 mm bore.

At 200 mm the 8 mm rod starts to care about side loads: guide the load externally and keep thrust in line with the bore axis, or step to the MACJ25 (245.3 N at 0.5 MPa) if the job also needs more muscle; the MACJ16 (100.5 N) covers lighter, shorter pushes. The 100 mm window shortens the extend stroke only - it is a position stop, and on air loss the rod can still drift, so add external holding where a load must stay put.
