When a 225 mm move has to end within a millimetre or two, the MACJ20X225-10S gives you a 10 mm fine-trim window for extend length. The double-acting bore 20 piston develops 157 N forward and 131.9 N back at 0.5 MPa, and a variable air cushion at each end absorbs the last of the motion so repeatability is not spoiled by bounce.
Expect about 94 N of usable force and near 8 kg of vertical lift with margin. The stainless rolled body and hard-chromed 8 mm rod resist corrosion in wet or food-adjacent areas, and because the magnet ships as standard, CMSG, DMSG and EMSG switches are a straight fit.
