About the Airtac MACJ Stainless Steel Mini Adjustable Cylinder MACJ20X30-20S
Sensing without surcharges - the position magnet is fitted to every MA piston before it leaves the factory, so this MACJ pairs with CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches out of the box. The cylinder itself is double acting with a variable cushion at each end and a 20 mm window in which the extend stroke can be trimmed after installation. A stainless barrel rolled onto aluminium covers keeps the short-stroke body rigid and corrosion-free in wet corners of the line.
At 0.5 MPa it pushes 157 N; budget near 94 N of working force and you can lift about 8 kg with a 2:1 safety factor.
