About the Airtac MACJ Stainless Steel Mini Adjustable Cylinder MACJ20X300-40S
AirTAC built the MACJ20X300-40S for long travels that still need a trimmable end point: double-acting operation, extend stroke adjustable down from 300 mm across a 40 mm window, and a variable air cushion at each cover to kill end-of-stroke shock. At 0.5 MPa the bore 20 piston generates 157 N forward.
The rolling-packed stainless round body, capped by aluminium covers, survives splash and washdown that would rust a painted-steel mini. Plan on about 94 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa; that equates to lifting near 8 kg vertically once you keep a 2:1 margin.
