Built on a rolled stainless round barrel, this double-acting cylinder pushes 245.3 N at 0.5 MPa and 343.4 N at 0.7 MPa across a 125 mm stroke that the stop screw can shorten by up to 20 mm, handy when a gate or pusher needs 105 mm instead. A variable air cushion at each end lets you soften the last millimetres, so 30-800 mm/s cycling stays gentle on the aluminium covers even with a full load.
Hard-chrome plate on the carbon-steel rod (20 um) plus the stainless tube shrug off condensation, mild washdown and outdoor dust that would pit a painted mini.
