Double-acting with an externally trimmed extend stroke, the MACJ25X225-20S gives you a full 225 mm of travel that you can shorten by up to 20 mm with the stop screw - no reordering when fixture spacing changes. A variable air cushion at both ends absorbs end-of-stroke shock, so a 245 N push at 0.5 MPa can arrive gently even at speed.
The riveted stainless round barrel and 20 um hard-chrome plated rod shrug off washdown and damp plant air better than painted minis, and the magnet is built in as standard, so CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches clamp straight onto the tube.
