About the Airtac MACJ Stainless Steel Mini Adjustable Cylinder MACJ25X225-50S
With a 50 mm window, the MACJ25X225-50S is the most flexible trim in the 25 mm MACJ line: the extend stroke can be shortened anywhere from 225 mm to 175 mm to match fixture changes. It stays double-acting with air on both faces, and the variable cushion at each end tames the stop even when the 245 N push at 0.5 MPa arrives at full speed.
The body is a stainless round tube rolled onto aluminium covers with a stainless block - a riveted unit rather than a bolted-up stack - so it seals reliably in damp, dusty or outdoor corners. The 10 mm hard-chrome rod carries about 147 N of honest working force at 0.5 MPa, equal to around 12 kg of vertical lift with margin. A magnet is standard in the piston for CMSG, DMSG and EMSG switches.
