Thirty millimetres of travel, trimmable across the full 30 mm window, gives the MACJ25X30-30S a home in cramped eject-and-clamp stations. It is double-acting with a variable air cushion at each end: 245.3 N push and 206.1 N pull at 0.5 MPa, running on 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) at 30-800 mm/s. Plan on roughly 147 N of real work at 0.5 MPa rather than the full rating, or about 12.5 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 margin.
The round body is a riveted stack: a stainless barrel rolled onto aluminium-alloy covers, with a 20 um hard-chrome plated carbon-steel rod that shrugs off condensation and mild washdown better than painted mini cylinders.
