With just 10 mm of on-site trim, the MACJ32X160-10S lets you dial the 160 mm extend stroke to match a fixture without swapping cylinders. It is a double-acting, round-body mini cylinder with a variable air cushion at both ends, built on a riveted stainless-steel barrel and a hard-chrome plated 12 mm rod that shrug off washdown and damp shop air. At 0.5 MPa the piston pushes 402 N and pulls 346 N.
Plan on roughly 241 N of real working force at 0.5 MPa rather than the full 402 N rating, and the 10 mm adjuster makes final calibration a screwdriver job. A built-in magnet is standard, so CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches clip on without a special piston. Operating range is 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), speed 30-800 mm/s.
