Riveted together from a stainless barrel, aluminium covers and a steel block, the MACJ32X200-20S is a double-acting adjustable mini cylinder whose extend stroke can be cut back by up to 20 mm after installation. Air pressure of 0.5 MPa yields 402.2 N of push and 345.6 N of pull; 1.0 MPa theoretically reaches 82 kgf.
Both ends carry a variable air cushion, so faster cycles or heavier loads need not hammer the covers. Derating to a practical 241 N at 0.5 MPa still leaves capacity for a vertical lift near 20 kg, a realistic match for most tote and carton weights.
