About the Airtac MACJ Stainless Steel Mini Adjustable Cylinder MACJ32X250-10S
A compact pusher for the 250 mm travel band: the MACJ32X250-10S is double-acting, carries an adjustable extend stroke and a variable air cushion at both ends. Its stainless round barrel is rolled onto aluminium-alloy covers, a riveted build that shrugs off washdown and damp shop air far better than painted-steel minis. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 402 N and pulls 345.6 N; at 0.7 MPa the push climbs to 563 N.
Derate to about 241 N of usable force at 0.5 MPa and this bore will lift roughly 20 kg vertically once the theoretical 41 kgf is halved for margin. The 10 mm window trims the extend stroke on site with a stop screw - shorten only, never lengthen past the ordered 250 mm - and note the adjuster is a mechanical stop, so the rod still drifts if air is lost.
