About the Airtac MACJ Stainless Steel Mini Adjustable Cylinder MACJ32X75-30S
A 30 mm trimming band on the extend stroke makes this 32 mm bore unit easy to set up on the machine: wind the stop screw in and the rod bottoms earlier inside that band, while the variable cushion at each end soaks up residual shock. Air on both faces gives 402 N forward and 346 N back at 0.5 MPa.
Instead of a coated shell, the MA range rolls a stainless tube, aluminium covers and a steel block into one riveted body, with a 20 um hard-chrome finish on the 12 mm rod. In splash zones near food washdown or in outdoor cabinets that build shrugs off corrosion far better than painted minis. The magnet comes fitted, so CMSG / DMSG / EMSG switches just snap on.
