Need 150 mm of travel that can also be dialled down to a fraction of that? The MACJ40X150-100S is a double-acting 40 mm mini cylinder whose extend stroke trims across a full 100 mm window, backed by variable air cushioning at both ends. Its riveted stainless barrel and 20 um hard-chrome rod take mild corrosion and washdown in stride - a real advantage in food, outdoor or humid plants. It runs on 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) at 30-800 mm/s.
Output at 0.5 MPa (73 psi) is 628 N push and 528 N pull; budget about 377 N for real work, or a vertical lift near 32 kg at a 2:1 ratio. Maximum theoretical force is 128 kgf. Magnet comes fitted as standard, so CMSG, DMSG and EMSG switches are a clip-on job. The trim screw defines where the extend stroke ends - it is not a brake, and the rod will move if supply air fails.

The wide 100 mm window means one cylinder can serve several product sizes on the same station.
