Sixty millimetres of double-acting travel, cushioned at both ends and trimmable by 40 mm on the extend side: that is the working envelope of the MACJ40X60-40S. Its stainless round barrel and 20 um hard-chrome rod shrug off splashes and humid air that swell painted mini cylinders, and the rolled aluminium covers keep the body sealed without external hardware. At 0.5 MPa the bore pushes 628 N; treated as roughly 377 N of usable work, that seats into medium clamping duties or lifts about 32 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
