With a 50 mm trimming window behind an 80 mm stroke, this MACJ lets a technician back the stop screw off until the extend travel lands exactly where the fixture needs it - anywhere from roughly 30 mm up to the full 80 mm. The cylinder is double-acting with a variable air cushion at both ends, so the last millimetres of travel stay controlled even at higher speeds. Its 40 mm bore delivers 628 N push and 528 N pull at 0.5 MPa, climbing to 880 N on the push stroke at 0.7 MPa.
