Rolled into a sealed round body from a stainless-steel barrel and aluminium-alloy covers, the MACJ50X250-20S delivers 250 mm of double-acting travel with a variable air cushion at each end and a 20 mm extend-trim window set by the external stop screw. At 0.5 MPa the 50 mm bore pushes 981 N and pulls 881 N; at 0.7 MPa that climbs to 1374 N. The 16 mm piston rod carries 20 um of hard chrome, so damp plants and washdown zones will not pit it the way painted mini cylinders go.
The stop screw shortens extend travel on site within the ordered 20 mm window, and the two-way piston seal doubles as a grease reservoir for long service between lubrications.
