With a 350 mm stroke that can be trimmed anywhere inside a 75 mm window, the MACJ50X350-75S is a double-acting, round-body mini cylinder with a variable air cushion at each end. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 981 N and pulls 881 N, enough muscle for long part-ejection and conveyor stopper duties at 30-800 mm/s.
The riveted stainless barrel and hard-chrome 16 mm rod handle washdown and humid lines far better than painted minis, a real edge in food and outdoor plants. Plan for roughly 589 N of usable force at 0.5 MPa rather than the full 981 N rating so pressure sag never stalls the job. The external stop screw sets the extend stroke on site but is not a mid-stroke lock - if air is lost the rod still drifts, so support the load separately.
