Built on AirTAC's MA round-body platform, this 50 mm bore MACJ pairs a 400 mm stroke with a 10 mm extend-stroke trim window: an external stop screw lets you shorten the reach on site without swapping hardware. It is double-acting with a variable air cushion at both ends, rated 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) and 30-800 mm/s. At 0.5 MPa it pushes with 981 N; at 0.7 MPa that climbs to 1374 N, with a theoretical ceiling of 200.1 kgf.
The riveted stainless barrel and hard-chrome plated rod (20 um) resist mild corrosion and washdown far better than painted mini cylinders, while the aluminium-alloy covers keep the package light. Size both ways before committing: the 40 mm bore MACJ delivers 628 N at 0.5 MPa if your load is lighter, while the 63 mm bore reaches 1558 N for heavier push. The adjuster is a mechanical end stop for the extend stroke only - it does not lock the piston mid-stroke, so on air loss the rod still drifts; add a valve or external stop if you need holding.
