Need a strong short push you can fine-tune? The MACJ50X60-40S offers a 60 mm stroke that the external stop screw trims by up to 40 mm, all inside a riveted stainless round body. Double-acting with variable cushions at each end, it develops 981 N of push at 0.5 MPa for clamps, diverters and ejectors.
The stainless tube and hard-chromed 16 mm rod keep corrosion at bay in food, washdown and outdoor settings where painted minis blister. As a rule of thumb, count on about 589 N of usable force at 0.5 MPa - roughly a 60 kg horizontal shove, or a 50 kg vertical lift with a 2:1 margin for part-weight matching. Position sensing is built in from the factory: the magnet is standard and drives CMSG / DMSG / EMSG switches.
