At the top of AirTAC's MA mini family, this 63 mm bore turns a compact stainless barrel into 1557.9 N of push at 0.5 MPa without the bulk bigger machines demand. Double-acting throughout, it takes air on both piston faces and trims the extend stroke anywhere within a 30 mm window via an external stop screw, while the variable cushion at each end tames landings from 30 to 800 mm/s.
Construction is rolling-packed: a stainless tube gripped by riveted aluminium covers and a stainless block, standing up to the damp and washdown that corrode painted minis. Matched to real parts, the 0.5 MPa push lifts about 159 kg vertically, so a 60 kg die component clears with margin. The magnet ships already in the piston, so CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches drop on - nothing to special-order. Pressure window 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), proof 1.5 MPa (215 psi).

If your load sits under about 980 N at 0.5 MPa, the 50 mm bore (981.3 N push) will do it cheaper; above that, this 63 mm barrel is the biggest the series builds.
