The MTG20X75S is a JIS-standard round-body mini cylinder built for single acting pull duty: an internal spring holds the rod extended at rest, and compressed air retracts (pulls) the rod on the work stroke. With a 20 mm bore and 75 mm stroke it delivers a net pull of 84.8 N at 0.5 MPa and 137.5 N at 0.7 MPa, already measured after the spring, so the figures you see are the forces available at the rod.
