Choose this 100 mm bore when you need substantial thrust, such as 5497 N push at 0.7 MPa, but want the flexibility to trim the travel down to 130 mm for product changeovers. If your application requires less force, stepping down to an 80 mm bore yields 3518 N push at 0.7 MPa. Because the 170 mm stroke is under 300 mm, side-load risks are minimal, but the robust 25 mm rod and M20x1.5 thread handle standard loads well.

When replacing an ISO 15552 cylinder, match the 100 mm bore, 170 mm stroke, 40 mm adjustment, PT tapered port threads, and standard mounting set (Basic, FA, LB, TC, FTC, TCM1, TCM2).
