A double acting, non-rotating compact cylinder built to ISO 21287, the TACE16X30 pairs a 16 mm bore with a 30 mm stroke and twin guide rods on a yoke that stop the tooling rotating and carry side load. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N; at 0.7 MPa those figures rise to 140.7 N and 105.6 N, with a theoretical maximum of 20.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The short body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight fixtures and guards where a full-length body will not fit.
The hard-anodized aluminium body carries an S45C hard-chrome-plated 8 mm rod with a female M4x0.7 thread, and the air ports are M5x0.8. A fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs end-of-stroke shock.
