Double acting and non-rotating, the TACE16X75S pairs a 16 mm bore and 8 mm rod with a 75 mm stroke inside an ISO 21287 compact body. Twin guide rods on a yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a gripper or plate stays square without an external guide. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N; at 0.7 MPa those rise to 140.7 N and 105.6 N, with a theoretical maximum of 20.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The short body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder.
For real work, figure on about 60 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa - roughly 0.6 of the rated force - which is enough to lift about 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The S code in this model means the magnet is fitted, so CMSE or DMSE reed and solid-state switches mount directly in the body slots.
