How to choose
Bore 32 is the largest bore in the TN range and gives a theoretical push thrust of 804 N at 0.5 MPa; if you need less force, bores 10, 16, 20 and 25 are also available with correspondingly lower thrust. Choose TN if you want the ENTERPRISE standard, or step to TR if you need the JIS standard with higher non-rotating precision, low rod-end deflection, a lengthening sliding-support guide that needs no added lubricant, and two groups of ports on both sides. Strokes follow the table for this bore - avoid over-long strokes that fall outside the short-cover range, and check the table with us before specifying. TN is supplied with PT thread only; G and NPT threads are offered on the TR series. For allowable side load, send us your application and we will read it from the published curves.

Conveyor pusher
Mount the product push-off plate straight onto the twin rods: the plate stays square to the flow as it pushes cartons or trays off the line, so nothing skews or jams at the guard rail.
Fixture clamping
Use the plate as a wide clamp pad to press workpieces against a jig or stop. The twin-rod build resists the twisting that a single-rod clamp sees under off-center parts.
Conveyor stopper
Raise and lower a stopper blade under moving pallets or totes. The two rods keep the blade level through the stroke, so parts stop squarely instead of riding up one corner.
