The AirTAC GFR600C25AC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25AC2TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates the downstream pressure. This 600-size configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without anyone opening it, the 40 um standard filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, a choice of automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) elements, and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fitted at the drop feeding spray equipment, the unit strips water and pipe-scale from the shop air line and holds a steady set pressure to the guns, with the automatic drain clearing condensate between shifts without operator attention.
Mounted ahead of the gating and pusher cylinders on a bottling conveyor, it cleans the plant air and keeps the cylinder supply pressure fixed so gate timing stays repeatable through the run.
Installed on the supply to pneumatic fixture clamps on a machining centre, it removes moisture that would corrode clamp bores and regulates clamp pressure to the value the fixture designer specified.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, the largest in the GFR range, so choose 200/300/400 where the demand is smaller - and ask us to confirm sizing against the flow curve before ordering, since flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure. Drain choice matters: automatic (this unit) suits unattended duty, manual suits supervised drop points, and the differential-pressure default sits between them. The element here is the 40 um standard; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer particulate capture is needed. The round gauge reads in psi; embedded square gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are also available. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A mounting bracket is included. With the automatic drain, the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR range as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact 1 in NPT configuration before you order.
The A in the code means the bowl drains itself: collected condensate is expelled automatically, which suits unattended or high-humidity installations. The same 600-size unit is available with a manual drain (code M) for supervised points, or with the differential-pressure drain that is the default when no drain letter appears in the code.
