The AirTAC GFR600C25AC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25AC3WTK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is built for a 1 in NPT port, carries the fine 5 um filter element (code W), drains condensate automatically (code A), and is fitted with an external round gauge reading in bar (code C3). The reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted, the size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is orderable with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional low-pressure regulator, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and regulation on a paint booth air drop, where the 5 um element and automatic drain keep water and grit out of spray-gun supply lines without an operator opening the bowl.
Feeding the cylinder and air-blast circuit on a bottling conveyor, with the regulator holding a steady setting for gripper and stopper cylinders and the check valve holding downstream pressure if supply dips.
Plant-air takeoff for a CNC machining cell, where the 1 in NPT port serves the whole cell and the round bar gauge gives the maintenance team a direct pressure readout at the machine.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the flow your line needs; this unit is the top of the range at 1 in NPT. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (as here) where the unit is hard to reach, manual where an operator drains it routinely, or the differential-pressure default. Pick the element grade: 40 um standard for general protection, 5 um (code W, as here) where downstream valves and instruments need finer air. Gauges come as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit has the round bar gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options; this one is NPT. A bracket is included, and code K adds the reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this 1 in NPT size-600 unit on request before you order.
The W in the code specifies the 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream valves and instruments. The A specifies an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate on its own - the right choice where the unit is mounted out of easy reach. A manual or differential-pressure drain is available on other codes in the same series.
