The AirTAC GFR600C25ALJC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25ALJC1TK is a filter regulator: a 40 um filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body, in size 600 with a 1 in NPT port. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with an automatic drain, a metal bowl (aluminium alloy at size 600), a round pressure gauge reading in MPa, and a reverse/check valve built in. It is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um filter option (code W), gauge and scale choices, and PT, G or NPT threads. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the 1 in main air drop that feeds a bottling hall's valve islands and actuator circuits, removing water and particulate while regulating pressure downstream of the compressor room.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the drive and stopper cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain handling condensate at the line's take-off point.
Filtering and regulating supply air to the clamp and fixture circuit of a CNC machining cell, where the low-pressure regulator type, fitted reverse/check valve and 1 in port suit a high-demand circuit fed from a dedicated drop.
Match the size and port to the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, the largest step in the range. Drain choice matters in service: automatic drains the bowl without intervention, manual requires periodic draining, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filter grade is 40 um standard here; specify code W for the 5 um element where finer particulate capture is needed. The fitted gauge reads in MPa, with psi and bar scales available as order options and an embedded square gauge as the standard alternative to this round gauge. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. Note this is the low-pressure (L) regulator variant, so confirm its adjustment range with us before ordering. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and full datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
This unit is the low-pressure regulator variant of the GFR600. The adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in our data sheet, so confirm the range with us before ordering; the standard-type adjustment range does not apply to this unit.
