About the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP20X25B
A double acting compact cylinder built to the DIN-standard short-body format, the ACP20X25B gives a 20 mm bore and 25 mm stroke with a male rod thread (the B code) and a PT port thread. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 157.1 N and pulls 117.8 N, rising to 219.9 N push at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 32 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body will not fit.
Practical sizing: keep real work to about 94 N (roughly 9.6 kg equivalent) at 0.5 MPa, which means this bore lifts about 8 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The body is hard-anodized aluminium with an S45C hard-chrome rod, and a fixed TPU bumper sits at both ends. Note that this model is discontinued; the current-production drop-in is ACE20X25, so confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.
