Installation requirements:
Requires 40μm filtration with water separator. Regular rod cleaning every 500,000 cycles using non-flammable cleaning agents. Maintain 2-3mm gap between magnetic sensor and rod surface.
Operational note:
Not suitable for vertical downward mounting configurations. Minimum 30-second cool-down period recommended between continuous welding operations.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
