Installation requirements:
Mount with grade 8.8 or higher fasteners using cross-pattern tightening sequence (35-40 N·m torque).
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during assembly. Allow 15mm free space at stroke ends for cushion effectiveness.
Maintenance alert:
Replace wiper seals every 500,000 cycles in high particulate environments.
Never exceed 1.5 MPa pressure during shock load testing.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
