The extended 1000mm stroke version includes anti-buckling guidance with internal stabilizer bands. Requires ISO VG32 hydraulic oil mist lubrication (0.3-0.5cc/min recommended).

Installation guidelines:
For vertical installations exceeding 500mm stroke, use rod-end alignment jig (AIRTAC PN: AG-6312).
Maintain 0.5-1mm/m parallel tolerance between rod and load path. Cycle at 50% speed for first 500 operations.
Critical note:
Requires 40μm filtration with automatic drain. Prohibited for rotational applications
exceeding 15 RPM. Install protective bellows (sold separately) in abrasive environments.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
