Installation guidelines:
Use locknuts (M16) with 40-50 N·m torque for rod-end connections.
Maintain 0.5-1 mm alignment tolerance during mounting. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil
if operating below -10℃. Requires 5μm filtration for optimal seal longevity.
Not recommended for:
Continuous side load applications exceeding 200N or environments with chemical splash exposure.
For high-cycle operations (>1 million cycles/year), specify the B04-SU-HD variant.
