Installation protocol:
Use M10 grade mounting bolts (torque 45-50Nm) with vibration-proof washers.
Maintain 0.5° maximum angular misalignment during assembly. Lubricate through
air supply for 2-3 minutes before initial operation.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants. Minimum 5μm filtration
required. Avoid extended partial stroke operation beyond 30% duty cycle.
