Requires horizontal mounting alignment (±2° tolerance) for optimal seal life.
Use only dry air (dew point -20℃ below ambient) to prevent chemical
contamination in battery cleanrooms. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil if
pneumatic oil mist not available.
