The AirTAC AirTAC GR300-10 Pressure Regulator (GR30010LJC1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR30010LJC1 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: it regulates downstream pressure only, with no filtration, no bowl and no lubrication anywhere in the function. This configuration is the 300 size with a 3/8" PT port, in the low-pressure type (L) that adjusts up to 0.4 MPa. The C1 suffix specifies an external round pressure gauge on an MPa scale, and J means the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator line runs from size 200 up to 600, with square or round gauges on MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, and a reverse/check-valve variant, so an alternative configuration can be ordered if your circuit needs one. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing on request.

| Series | GR300 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT3/8" (PT thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) |
| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a steady holding pressure for the seal-bar and clamp cylinders of a vertical form-fill-seal bagger, with the round MPa gauge giving the operator a clear local reading.
Trim the feed pressure to air-assisted spray guns at a paint finishing booth, where the low-pressure type covers the reduced settings the guns are run at.
Regulate the supply line feeding pneumatic grippers on a robotic pick-and-place cell so handling pressure stays inside the gripper maker's specified window.
Size follows your flow and porting: the G series steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600 with rising port size and capacity, so the 300 with its 3/8" port suits lines piped at 3/8". These units are the low-pressure type (L), covering adjustment up to 0.4 MPa; if you need the full 0.05-0.9 MPa range, choose the standard type without the L suffix. Gauge choice is round (C) or square (F) with MPa, psi or bar scales, or no gauge (N). Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and J denotes the unit without bracket where a bracket is otherwise included. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves across inlet and outlet pressures rather than as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
It selects the external round pressure gauge with an MPa scale. Square-gauge (F), psi and bar scale variants, and a no-gauge version (N) are available in the same 300 size; we can also quote the G (BSPP) or NPT thread option if your piping is not PT.
