The AirTAC AirTAC GR300-15 Pressure Regulator (GR30015JC1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015JC1 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds downstream pressure only - no filtration, no lubrication and no drain bowl. The 300 size carries PT 1/2 in ports, and this configuration is a standard type without a mounting bracket (code J) and with a round external gauge reading in MPa (code C1). Adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa with a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), for compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with G or NPT threads, a bracket, a square embedded gauge or a round external gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type, or a reverse/check valve. We confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets and holds a steady supply pressure to the capper-head cylinders on a beverage bottling line, downstream of the plant filter set.
Regulates clamping pressure on a bench-mounted pneumatic hold-down press where the operator dials in the working pressure once per shift.
Feeds adjustable controlled air to cab and body door actuators on a service-shop test bench wired at 1/2 in.
Choose the 300 size with PT 1/2 in ports when your line is plumbed at 1/2 in; larger 400 and 600 sizes step up port and flow capability, so match the size to your circuit. The standalone GR adjusts from 0.05-0.9 MPa. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or this round external gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scale. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. Code J means no bracket is included - order the bracket option if you panel-mount. Flow for the G series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow curve for the GR300 size against your application before ordering.
The C in this code specifies the round external gauge with an MPa scale. A blank gauge position gives the embedded square gauge, and N means no gauge at all; gauge scales of psi (2) or bar (3) are also available to order.
