The AirTAC MSG32X125 is a single acting, PUSH type JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 125 mm stroke: compressed air extends the rod and an internal return spring retracts it when air is released. Because air is only needed on the work stroke, one air line and one valve port drive the whole cycle, which saves air and simplifies the circuit for one-way clamp, eject, press and lift tasks. The 281.3 N push at 0.5 MPa (442.1 N at 0.7 MPa) is already net of the return spring, so a conservative working load is about 168 N, roughly 17 kg, and a safe vertical lift figure is about 14 kg.
Construction suits damp and washdown surroundings: a SUS304 stainless barrel with a hard-chrome (20 um) carbon-steel rod, riveted and rolled covers, a two-way lubricant-storing piston seal and a fixed anti-impact bumper pad at the stroke end. Spring-return clamping
