The AirTAC MSG32X150S is a single acting, push type JIS round-body mini cylinder: compressed air extends the 12 mm rod, and an internal return spring retracts it the moment air is released. With a 32 mm bore and the full 150 mm standard stroke, it delivers about 281.3 N of push at 0.5 MPa (442.1 N at 0.7 MPa), already net of the spring. Because air is only used on the work stroke, one solenoid valve port and one air line are enough, which simplifies plumbing and cuts air consumption on one-way clamp, eject and press duties. Operating pressure runs from 0.2 MPa (28 psi) up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi), with a speed range of 50 to 800 mm/s.
