The ACEJ is the adjustable-stroke version of the ISO 21287 ACE compact cylinder. An external stop screw shortens the extend stroke within the ordered window (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75, or 100 mm) without changing the cylinder. It is double acting with a short hard-anodized aluminium body, S45C hard-chrome rod, two-way seal, and fixed TPU bumper at both ends.
Bores span 12 to 125 mm across 11 sizes. Push force at 0.5 MPa ranges from about 57 N (bore 12) to 6136 N (bore 125). Ports are M5x0.8 for bores 12-25, 1/8 inch for 32-63, and 1/4 inch for 80-125. Rod thread is female as standard, or male with the B option. A magnet (-S) is optional for CMSE/DMSE switches. Operating pressure is 0.15-1.0 MPa, proof 1.5 MPa, temperature -20 to +80 C, and air filtration 40 um.

How to Choose the Right Model
Choose the ACEJ bore based on the push force you need at your supply pressure: from about 57 N at bore 12 to 6136 N at bore 125 at 0.5 MPa. Select the adjust window (-NN) that covers the trim range you need on site - the stop screw shortens the extend stroke within that window, so pick the smallest window that gives you enough adjustment.
Confirm five points before ordering: bore, stroke (including the adjust window), port/thread (M5x0.8, 1/8, or 1/4), mounting style, and whether you need the -S magnet for sensor feedback. For side-load or non-rotating applications, step up to the AirTAC TACE twin-guide cylinder. For a fixed stroke without adjustment, the ACE is the simpler choice. The ACEJ is not a tie-rod or ISO 15552 cylinder.
