inventory_2788 models availableThe AirTAC ACP series is a DIN-standard compact cylinder family with a hard-anodized aluminum body, S45C hard-chrome rod, and aluminum covers threaded onto the body. It is a short, compact cylinder - not a tie-rod or ISO 15552 profile cylinder. Available in 10 bores from 12 to 100 mm, with rod diameters from 6 mm (bore 12) to 25 mm (bore 100). Ports range from M5x0.8 (bores 12-25) to 1/8 inch (bores 32-63) and 1/4 inch (bores 80-100).
All ACP cylinders are double-acting with a fixed bumper at both ends that decelerates the piston near stroke end - it does not lock or hold. A two-way grease-storing piston seal reduces friction. An optional magnet (-S) enables position sensing with switches. Operating pressure is 0.15-1.0 MPa, proof pressure 1.5 MPa, temperature -20 to +80 C, and speed 30-500 mm/s. Air quality should be 40 um filtered.
This series is discontinued. The direct replacement is the ISO 21287 ACE series, which shares the same bore, stroke, and force class. For example, ACP32X25 becomes ACE32X25. Confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before ordering.
