About the Airtac ASP Single Acting Guided Compact Cylinder ASP32X15B
A single acting push cylinder with spring return, the ASP32X15B extends its 12 mm rod on air and lets the internal spring pull it home when pressure drops. This 32 mm bore unit delivers 352.5 N of push at 0.5 MPa and 513.4 N at 0.7 MPa, both figures already net of the spring, and it starts moving from just 0.2 MPa. The B code gives a male rod thread and the port is 1/8".
The short ISO 21287-class body cuts roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight fixtures and guarded stations. Plan on about 210 N of usable work at 0.5 MPa (roughly 36 kg of vertical lift, or about 18 kg with a 2:1 margin) when matching it to a real part weight. Note this model is discontinued: the current-production replacement is the ASE32X15, so confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.
