About the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP32X225
The ACP32X225 is a double acting DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 32 mm bore and a 225 mm stroke. Its short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and gantries. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 402.1 N and pulls 345.6 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 563 N push. In practice, plan on roughly 241 N (about 24 kgf) of usable push at 0.5 MPa, enough to lift around 20 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
The hard-anodized aluminium body carries a fixed TPU bumper at both ends, and the 12 mm S45C hard-chrome rod ends in a female M8x1.25 thread with a 1/8" PT port. This model is discontinued: the current-production drop-in is ACE32X225, which matches the same bore, stroke and force class. Confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping. Note the 225 mm stroke exceeds the 200 mm standard limit for bore 32, so it is made to order.

Remember that a plain ACP does not hold position when air is lost; add a rod lock or pilot check valve for a held load. FA/FB flange, LB foot and CA/CB clevis mountings bolt to the standard face, and ordering the -S code adds the optional magnet so CMSE / DMSE switches can be fitted.
