The AirTAC Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP32X25B is a double acting DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø32mm bore and 25mm stroke, 1/8" air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACE32X25B (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.

About the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP32X25B
The ACP32X25B is a double acting DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 25 mm stroke, built on a hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome piston rod. The B code gives a male rod thread and the port is 1/8". At 0.5 MPa it pushes 402.1 N and pulls 345.6 N; at 0.7 MPa those rise to 563 N and 483.8 N, with a theoretical maximum of 82 kgf at 1.0 MPa. Its short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot.
This model is discontinued and is no longer in production; the current drop-in is ACE32X25, which matches the same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping. Plan on about 241 N of real work at 0.5 MPa rather than the full rating, which corresponds to lifting roughly 20 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. A fixed TPU bumper at each end decelerates the piston, and the optional -S magnet enables CMSE / DMSE switches; without it no magnet is fitted.

Replacing the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP32X25B with the ACE32X25B
At 402.1 N push at 0.5 MPa, the 32 mm bore suits clamping and pressing fixtures in the 20-25 kg vertical-lift range; step down to the 25 mm bore (245.4 N) for lighter work or up to the 40 mm bore (628.3 N) when more force is needed. Note that a plain ACP does not hold its position when air is lost - add a rod lock or pilot check valve for held loads. FA/FB flange, LB foot and CA/CB clevis mountings bolt to the standard face, and the optional -S magnet pairs with CMSE / DMSE switches. Order ACE32X25 as the current-production replacement.
