The AirTAC MSG20X125 is a single acting, push-type JIS round-body mini cylinder: compressed air extends the 8 mm rod, and an internal return spring retracts it when air is released. With a 20 mm bore and 125 mm stroke it delivers about 109.9 N of push at 0.5 MPa (172.7 N at 0.7 MPa), figures already net of the spring, and it runs from a 0.2 MPa minimum (0.2-1.0 MPa = 28-145 psi) at 50-800 mm/s. Because air is only supplied on the work stroke, you need just one air line and one valve port, which saves air and simplifies the circuit for one-way clamping, ejecting or pressing.
Construction suits damp and washdown-adjacent lines: a SUS304 stainless barrel with a hard-chrome (20 um) carbon-steel rod, riveted covers, a two-way lubricant-storing piston seal and a fixed anti-impact bumper pad at the stroke end.
