The AirTAC MSG20X75 is a JIS-standard round-body mini cylinder built as a single acting PUSH unit with spring return: compressed air extends the 8 mm rod through the 75 mm stroke, and an internal return spring retracts it the moment air is released. That means one air line and one valve port, with air consumed only on the work stroke - an efficient setup for one-way clamping, ejecting, lifting or pressing. At the smallest bore in the MSG family it delivers about 109.9 N push at 0.5 MPa (172.7 N at 0.7 MPa), figures already net of the return spring, and it runs from a 0.2 MPa (28 psi) minimum up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
Construction suits damp and washdown-adjacent environments: a SUS304 stainless barrel paired with a hard-chrome (20 um) carbon-steel rod, riveted and rolled covers, and a two-way lubricant-storing piston seal.
