The AirTAC MSG25X150 is a single acting, PUSH type JIS round-body mini cylinder: compressed air extends the 10 mm rod, and an internal return spring retracts it when air is released. With a 25 mm bore and 150 mm stroke, it delivers about 171.8 N of push at 0.5 MPa (269.9 N at 0.7 MPa), figures already net of the return spring. Because air is only applied on the work stroke, the circuit needs one air line and one valve port, which saves air and simplifies wiring for one-directional clamping, ejecting or pressing. The 0.2 MPa (28 psi) minimum working pressure reflects the spring preload, and speed is adjustable across 50-800 mm/s.
Construction is built for damp and light-washdown duty: a SUS304 stainless barrel with a hard-chrome (20 um) carbon-steel rod, riveted covers and a two-way lubricant-storing piston seal.
