The AirTAC Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP32X200 is a double acting DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø32mm bore and 200mm stroke, 1/8" air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACE32X200 (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.

About the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP32X200
The ACP32X200 is a double acting DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 32 mm bore and a 200 mm stroke, driving a 12 mm hard-chrome S45C rod through a female M8x1.25 thread. Its short hard-anodized aluminium body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs, guards and gantries. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 402.1 N and pulls 345.6 N; in practice plan on roughly 241 N (about 24 kgf) of real work, which lifts about 20 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
This model is discontinued. The current-production drop-in is the ACE32X200, the ISO 21287 successor in the same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping. Air supply is 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), speed 30-500 mm/s, and fixed TPU bumpers decelerate the piston at both ends. The magnet is optional: order the -S code to enable CMSE / DMSE switches, otherwise no magnet is fitted. FA/FB flange, LB foot and CA/CB clevis mounts bolt straight to the standard face.

Replacing the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP32X200 with the ACE32X200
Size both ways: if 402.1 N at 0.5 MPa is more than the job needs, the ACP25X200 delivers 245.4 N push; if the load is heavier, step up to the ACP40X200 at 628.3 N. Note that a plain ACP does not hold position when air is lost - add a rod lock or pilot check valve for a held load. Match FA/FB flange, LB foot or CA/CB clevis mounting to your fixture, add -S only if CMSE / DMSE sensing is required, and specify the ACE32X200 for new builds since ACP is discontinued.
