Robust bulkhead connector designed for secure pneumatic line passthrough in panel-mounted applications. Features anti-vibration threads and 360° rotatable body for flexible tubing alignment. Optional PTFE coating available for chemical resistance in harsh environments.

Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape clockwise on male threads.
Use backup wrench on hex flats during tightening (max torque 15N·m).
Always install O-ring side toward pressurized compartment.
Critical note:
Avoid axial misalignment exceeding 3° during tubing connection.
For vacuum applications (>-0.08MPa), use vacuum-rated seals (VRS kit sold separately).
