High-sealing plug for pneumatic systems featuring one-touch installation and anti-vibration design. The 360° rotatable collar allows tool-free tube release while maintaining positive sealing under pressure fluctuations. Compatible with ISO 8434-1 standard tubing.

Installation protocol:
Cut tube ends square (max 0.5° angle tolerance), deburr thoroughly,
and insert until audible "click". For M5 threaded version,
apply 0.8-1.2N·m torque using anti-seize compound.
Maintenance:
Replace every 5 years or 500,000 pressure cycles.
Inspect for brass oxidation if used with halogen-containing air.

Shipping policies
